Individual Therapy

You may need to process through some life stress or transition that is putting a strain on your relationship. I’ve found that the root of depression and anxiety (the most general forms of mental disorders) stem from inactivity and other forms of stress. We can talk more about how to get you started on your path to healing and self care.


Couples Therapy

Come in with your spouse whether you want to work out an unhelpful communication pattern to stay together, better parent children, overcome infidelity, sex issues, grief/loss, miscarriage and/or divorce.


Family Therapy

This mode encompasses most family members who are invested in the life cycle and/or experiencing a change in a life transition. We gather together to identify what is going on and make sense of why it’s been beneficial to interact that way so as to promote change.
